Annapurna Panorama View Trek is a short yet classic trek in the foothills of Mt. Annapurna of western Nepal that offers panoramic vistas of the great Annapurna massif, along with some of the highest Himalayas in the world. This 10 days short and easy trek also gives you a chance to explore lovely villages and look into the culture and lifestyle of the Gurung community. Annapurna Panorama View Trek is a trek for beginners as well as experienced trekkers where you get to witness Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Machhapuchhre, and Mt. Dhaulagiri from high ridges and also get to experience life in the base of the mighty Annapurna massif.
Your journey begins at Pokhara, with a scenic drive from Kathmandu where you get to see beautiful views of villages, rivers, and hills and have a glimpse of the lifestyle of the locals. As you continue your journey, you’ll reach various Gurung villages of Ghandruk, Landruk, Tadapani, and Magar villages of Ulleri and Ghorepani (Ghandruk is the largest among them). The route is surrounded by lush rhododendron forests, hills, valleys, and mountains, which offer an incredible experience. What makes this journey a mind-blowing trek is Poonhill, one of the best Himalayan viewpoints in the world that offers the beautiful panoramas of Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri, and Tukuche Peak, and other high peaks enhancing its beauty with the first ray of sun falling upon them. The sunrise would never look so mesmerizing once you witness it from the vantage point of Poon Hill at an altitude of 3193 meters. The Annapurna conservation area consists of subtropical lowlands, home to the rare and unique wilderness which you get to witness during the trek.
Throughout this 10-day Annapurna Panorama Trek, you will experience a calming environment where you can relax with the marvelous view and sweet chirping of birds. The trek is suitable for all enthusiastic trekkers regardless of physical fitness and trekking experience which makes it the most accessible and popular trek in the Annapurna region.

Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Our airport representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon your arrival. He/she will escort you to the respective hotel in a private vehicle. Your prior trip meeting will be scheduled for the very day at the hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara (Altitude: 823m.)
Early morning, after breakfast, catch the Tourist bus or we can also organize a private vehicle for you. Viewing countryside villages, farms, shops, and rivers, you will reach Pokhara. A beautiful place with tremendous views of mountains and lakes. You can also go boating at Fewa Lake. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Nayapul, trek to Hile(Altitude: 1430m.)
After breakfast, you will have a short drive on the narrow and snaky mountainous highway viewing the green valley and rural life. Within an hour of drive, you will reach Nayapul, and starts the trek in the Annapurna region. It will be an easy walk for around 3 and a half hours to reach Hille. Following a trail alongside the Modi River, you will reach Birethanti. It is a junction of two rivers, Modi and Bhurungdi. Please check your ACAP and TIMS card, otherwise, you can issue here that allows you to trek further. Now, you will walk following the Burundi River enjoying the beautiful forest, waterfalls, and locals, arrive at Hille. You will view the admirable culture and ancient style of terraces farming. Spend overnight at the local lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani (Altitude: 2860m.)
Today, you will be walking for a long time on an uphill trail. Walking for a while you will cross a suspension bridge over Burundi Khola and gradually climbs over the steep stone steps hill. Continuously walking uphill for hours, you will reach hilltop ridge Ulleri. Here, you will have lunch and spend your valuable time taking picturesque views of the Himalayas and the valley. Beyond Ulleri, the trail traverses along the gradual uphill and downhill climbs most of the time winds through the cool shade of forest and gushing streams. You will walk in the midst of the giant rhododendron forest cross past small villages with few teahouses and finally reach Ghorepani. Ghorepani- Deurali is a busy spot on a ridge in the midst of the beautiful rhododendron forest, offering fantastic views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range. Overnight at Ghorepani.

Day 05: Early Morning excursion to Poon hill (Altitude: 3210m); Trek to Tadapani (Altitude: 2,600m.)
Today, you will be walking for a long time on an uphill trail. Walking for a while you will cross a suspension bridge over Burundi Khola and gradually climbs over the steep stone steps hill. Day 06: Trek Tadapani to Ghandruk, Overnight at local lodge. (Altitude: 1,990m.)
Enjoy breakfast with the sparkling sunrise views over the mountains- Mt. Annapurna south, Himchuli & Fishtail that seems very close to Tadapani. After breakfast, the Annapurna Panorama Trek resumes. Today you will trek through winds downhill through the dense forest of rhododendron. 3-4 hours of a trek from Tadapani brings us to Ghandruk. Ghandruk is one of the biggest Gurung villages in the Annapurna Region. It is an impressive Gurung village. Explore remaining time around the village to see typical Gurung culture, visit the Gurung museum and hike around the hills nearby Ghandruk. Spend overnight at the local lodge.

Day 07: Trek Ghandruk to Birethanti Nayapul drive to Pokhara (Altitude: 823m.)
Descend down all the way to Khimche on the long series of stone steps. While descending down witness the different views of Mt. Fishtail. Beyond Kimche the walk is pleasant most of the way following the Riverside till Birethanthi. From Birethanti, trek on the retracing trail to Nayapul. You will be picked up by a private vehicle at Nayapul and driven back to the hotel in Pokhara. Explore the streets of Pokhara in the evening, release all your trek exhaustion and enjoy. Spend overnight at the local lodge.

Day 08: Drive to Kathmandu
Now, it’s time to return back to Kathmandu. You will drive back to Kathmandu. Spend your time as you like. Overnight at Hotel.
